About Cocoapod Chocolates

Cocoapod creates chocolates bursting with character.

The team at Cocoapod loves chocolate, colour, texture, shape, design, creating... and we know you do too

Cocoapod is a family run business, led by sisters in law Laila and Sarah and Sam, Sarah's husband. We want our customers to have fun with flavours and colours... but we don't want to forgo the taste of good Belgian couverture chocolate either.

So now is time for you to have some fun yourselves with our personalised chocolate gifts. Create a box or two to send to friends and family and put a chocolatey smile on their faces with some unique personalised messages

Not only do we offer chocolate but also a range of sweet treats suitable for children and adults alike--Perfect for parties, weddings and other seasonal events

Most of our COCOAPOD products are handmade by our small team in Oxfordshire

Delivery

All Cocoapod products are sent out by Royal Mail to the UK only. This is not a guaranteed timed delivery and all delivery dates are estimated. Cocoapod cannot be held responsible for delayed deliveries. We do not offer Express delivery.

Cocoapod aims to deliver all orders within 7 working days of a confirmed order and usually in less time. Please refer to your estimated dispatch date on your confirmation email from notonthehighstreet.com.

Please inform us at the time of making the order if a product is needed for a certain date and we will always do our best to help. We cannot guarantee any delivery date however as we have no control over how the postal service operate. Any request for a delayed dispatch date will be confirmed by email through your notonthehighstreet.com account.

You will be sent an email by notonthehighstreet.com informing you of the dispatch date of your order with an estimated delivery date. Your order will be sent by Royal Mail and normally will arrive within 2-3 days once dispatched. Generally, Royal Mail will leave a card if they are unable to deliver. It is advisable to contact your local Royal Mail sorting office before contacting Cocoapod to see if the parcel is with them as in most cases it is. If your order has not arrived within 7 working days of the dispatch email please let us know through your account on notonthehighstreet.com.

Royal mail will hold any undelivered parcel at the sorting office for 15 working days. After that time it will be returned to Cocoapod. We reserve the right to charge a redelivery charge.

A parcel is not considered 'lost' by Royal mail until 15 working days have passed and no refunds will be given within this time scale. Any refund will be made within 20 working days.

We reserve the right to delay dispatch of chocolates if the weather is extremely hot or cold as this will damage the chocolate. We will keep customers informed if there are likely to be delays for any reason.

We will not be held responsible for items that are left on the doorstep by your postman in any case. Please always give us a delivery address where there will be someone to accept delivery.

Chocolate is a perishable product and parcels will include a label to say that they should not be left on the doorstep. Please be aware that chocolate will melt if left in the sun or other hot place. Please choose a home or work address where someone will be in to take delivery.

Personalised items cannot be returned or reimbursed. Food cannot be returned as it is perishable.

If you wish to cancel a non personalised order please do so in writing through your account on notonthehighstreet.com.

If the order has not been dispatched Cocoapod will refund your payment in full for both personalised or non personalised items.

If the non personalised goods are already dispatched but not delivered then please refuse the parcel at the door and it will automatically be returned to Cocoapod. We will then refund you in full when we receive the goods.

If the non personalised goods have already been delivered the parcel must be returned to Cocoapod within 20 working days. Please use a signed for or recorded service as Cocoapod cannot take responsibility for undelivered returned goods.

It is the responsibility of the buyer to return the cancelled goods in a good condition and in enough suitable packaging. Return postage is the responsibility of the buyer and will not be refunded. When the product has been returned in a good condition a refund will be made of the original order which will include outward postage costs paid by the buyer.

If the delivery address is not complete or is incorrect in any way Cocoapod will not be held responsible for the non delivery of the goods. Please add any floor/room number or department within a workplace or university to ensure your gift arrives with the right person

Very occasionally an order will be damaged on arrival. Please let us know as soon as possible and we will resend your order or offer you a refund including your original postal costs. If Cocoapod ask for the damaged items to be returned we will pay any reasonable postage costs.

If an error is made by Cocoapod in the personalisation of an order, for instance the spelling if incorrect, we will replace just the faulty blocks to correct the mistake. However if a customer prefers to return the unopened & unused chocolates please contact Cocoapod through your NOTHS account to advise us of the error and we will reinburse any reasonable return postal costs. Please retain your proof of posting as Cocoapod can not be held responsible for parcels lost in the post.
