Cards and gift wrap are sent in hard backed envelopes by Royal Mail. Postage is free for second class orders. You are able to select an option to upgrade to first class delivery.

I cannot accept responsibility for late delivery by Royal Mail, especially when there are bad weather conditions in your region or there are industrial disputes. If your order is time dependent please order in plenty of time. The envelope will be franked showing the day I took it to the post office and showing the class of post.

I cannot accept responsibility for late delivery/non delivery if your order showed an incomplete/ incorrect address. I will always contact you prior to dispatch if I suspect this.

Your picture are made to order and should be with you within 10 working days from ordering. We generally send everything by Royal Mail. Our large pictures are sent by 48 hour Parcelforce tracked service and the small pictures are sent by second class small parcel post and their is an option to upgrade to first class delivery. They are both packed in telesecopic double thickness drawer boxes for safety
