About Us
Personalised Gifts and Clothing. Spreading Good Vibes since 2015
We’re a small team based in the West Midlands, with husband and wife team, Mike and Teresa at the core. We’ve been designing and making gifts since 2015, we feel so lucky to be able to do something that we love, knowing that we can bring joy and happiness to others through what we do.
From humble beginnings of one man in a garage, we’ve now grown to a team of 8 and counting. Instead of just babygrows which it was in the beginning, we now produce all types of clothing, aprons, bags, make up bags, mugs and there’s lots more in the pipeline.
Our product range is ever expanding as the Lovetree team is fed with great ideas from a wide range of sources. A lot of our inspiration comes from our staff and customers; you really are a wonderful bunch of people! We design products that are ideal to give as gifts. We offer a lot of personalised products, but we really try to think a bit deeper into what makes a gift extra special.
SUPPLIERS & PACKAGING
As a company that prides itself on building long lasting relationships we quickly realised, how important our suppliers are. We look beyond company practices to ensure our suppliers uphold strong ethics. We have a very ethical sourcing policy at every stage of procurement.
We hate plastic packaging. Why should something that is used just once, last forever? Plastic packaging, no thank you! Our gifts come in recyclable cardboard boxes sealed with biodegradable tape. Inside the box, you’ll find your gift wrapped in paper label - when you’re done ripping it open, you can put the whole lot in the recycling bin or compost!
Our Products
Delivery
We know that you may be buying our products for lots of different reasons. We can send directly to you, or directly to the person you're buying a gift for. You can add a gift message on all orders and we can leave out any pricing information. We aim to dispatch all orders within 1-2 days on receipt of order. Express orders are usually dispatched same day, but on occasions we do need to wait an extra day to get stock in. We use a Royal Mail 24 hour service. There are a lot of disruptions in our supply chain and in the postal service so we do advertise longer dates than we'll probably achieve.
