How is the hamper packaged?
All products are packaged within a premium quality EDEN Treats branded board hamper, with optional gift sleeve featuring a choice of preset ocassion messages.
Artisan Hampers measure approx. 30cm x 23cm x 9cm (shipping dimensions: 45cm x 24cm x 9cm) and weigh approx 1.5kg - 2kg.
Luxury paper ruffles are included to protect the hamper contents, and add to the excitement. Plus a 6x4" Gift Card.
Our hampers are despatched inside a bespoke double-wall cardboard outer, sealed with EDEN Treats tape.

At this time we do not provide a guaranteed ‘Nut or Soy Free’ hamper. However, please contact us directly regarding your requirements, as we do stock some products which do not contain nuts or soy and may be able to assist you

What happens if you miss your delivery?
DPD will attempt to deliver again the next working day. Alternatively, you can rearrange your delivery using the tracking details provided. If you are not able to receive your order, we advise a secure and sheltered safe place is provided to the courier via the tracking link.
An incorrect address was provided, can it be changed?
Yes. If your order has not yet been accepted/processed, we can amend this for you at no additional charge. If your order has been processed and/or despatched but has not yet reached the day of delivery, we can amend this for a fee of £7.50. Please contact us immediately if you require assistance.
Returns
You have 28 days, from receipt of cancellable goods, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Please note: goods that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements, perishable products and personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken are non-refundable, unless faulty.
