Hello! We’re Alex and Jade co-founders of the Stackable Pancake Co.

One of the fondest memories from Alex’s childhood was going out for brunch with her mum on the weekend and having pancakes. We wanted to take our greatest memories and turn them into something you can enjoy too!

We’re all about the whole family getting messy in the kitchen, having some flippin’ good fun and making memories that last forever!

We’re here for weekend brunch with your besties, those birthday breakfasts in bed and all those devilishly delicious after dinner desserts. Treats should be tantalisingly tasty every time and that only means one thing… pancakes!
